5 SENS uses clean ingredients which is a plus for this brand as your skin is the largest organ. Happy Tears is a bright citrus, floral, and musk scent. Happy is appropriate as the scent evokes sunshine, is fresh and clean. The floral and citrus is perfect for spring and summer while the musk is more fall and winter. Happy Tears can be worn all year in my opinion. I would say it lasts 5-6 hours and has moderate sillage.

Subtle Fresh and Fruity - love it!

I am a bit surprised with this perfume. I am not a fan of most perfumes especially the ones you can smell 10 feet away from the person that has it on....or the kind that burns your nose its so strong. This Happy Tears is neither of those. I sprayed it on earlier today and the aroma was super appealing. It has a bit of a fruity and fresh smell. This is a scent that fits teens as well as grandmas. It is not a cheap perfume and does not smell like one. The bottle says it has Orange blossom, Arabian Jasmine, White Peach, Vanilla, Creamy Musk. It seems to be a new scent for the fall of 2025 and surely to be a favorite of those that give it a try.

Vanilla and Orange Dream!

I am normally more of a body mist kinda girl, but this perfume smells so good! It's a mix of orange and vanilla with a hint of jasmine. I'm glad the jasmine isn't too overpowering, I am usually sensitive to strong smells but this didn't bother me. It lasts a good portion of the day and begins to fade into the evening where you have to actually get up close to your skin to be able to smell it. I do wish for the price point, that the bottle was more attractive to display on a shelf, it's very plain with just a sticker for the branding.

Great fragrance, sub-par packaging, average projection/longevity.

Lovely fragrance - wouldn’t pay $60. This is a very warm, inviting fragrance. Fruity but not in a harsh sense. More of a cereal milk kind of sweet fruity. It’s very smooth and warm with the vanilla and musk. That said - I’ve purchased many middle eastern fragrances and one thing which always stands out is their packaging. This fragrance had virtually no “presentation” in the packaging. It was basically just a box with the bottle inside. The cap also rotates freely which kind of looks funky due to the fact that it’s a square cap with a round bottle. I know that’s nit-picky but that’s the sort of attention to detail I would expect from a $65 bottle of fragrance that comfortably fits in the palm of my hand. The throw is moderate as well as the longevity. Not one I expect to smell for days on laundry which is a bit disconcerting given this is advertised as an EDP which is the strongest commonly sold fragrance category. Fortunately I received the product free through Amazon Vine but I can honestly say I would not purchase this.

i was surprised at how i really loved and enjoyed this fragrance. to me, it is a creamy orange sorbet, but not too bright or juvenile, and slightly sharp from the musk- it's perfect for late spring to summer in my opinion. it smells wonderful, more than the other 5 sens I have tried, and I'm glad to have this beautiful bottle of it. The bottle is very thick and sturdy, and has a gorgeous feel and smoothness to it. the cap is made of a nice material and the whole look feels very complete. this fragrance isn't weak, and i believe it can last a pretty decent amount of time on the skin. i would definitely recommend happy tears by 5 sens.

So I decided to try out this new happy tears perfume and I instantly liked this one right from the beginning, not only with the scent itself, but with the whole vibe of the bottle. It’s fun, calming, and feels really nice in the hand. The scent itself is beautifully balanced and genuinely unisex. The dry down is my favorite part, it's a creamy light musk that feels comforting, clean, and long lasting with moderate projection. It’s the kind of fragrance that anyone can easily wear and feel good in, whether you prefer something fresh, warm, or subtly sweet. The 30 mL size bottle is fairly standard for niche or boutique style perfumes, and given the quality of the scent and the thoughtful packaging, this perfume at its current price point seems reasonable. It’s a good option if you want to try something unique.
